Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LuuLn website and services provided by LuuLn LLC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LuuLn provides automated social content research, creation, and publishing services for Direct Primary Care practices ("the Service"). The specific deliverables of your subscription are defined in the Service Contract you sign before payment. [FILL-IN: refine service definition with counsel.]
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for the practice you represent. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. [FILL-IN]
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access systems or data not intended for you, interfere with the Service's operation, or use it to publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate this section. [FILL-IN]
4. Content and review
Content produced by the Service is generated on your behalf and in your practice's name. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication where review is offered, and for compliance with rules applicable to your profession, including advertising and patient-privacy rules. 5. Fees and billing
Fees are billed as described at checkout and in the Service Contract. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. [FILL-IN: refund / proration policy.]
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive. [FILL-IN]
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

8. Governing law
